Cancellation Policy
Booking & Service Policies Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required in person at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. You will be contacted with full details on how, where, and when to pay your deposit after your booking request is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. If you need to make changes, please get in touch as early as possible. Lateness Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time to respect both your time and mine. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, please reschedule your session. One-on-one coaching requires a healthy and respectful environment for both of us to do our best work.
